24. Staying Overnight 留守

The Umbrella Movement in 2014, the biggest pro-democracy movement ever in Hong Kong, lasted for more than two months. On 27 September, the night before the tear gas struck, many young protesters stayed outside the Government Headquarters in Admiralty. Hearing that the police might use pepper spray and tear gas, most of them prepared themselves with masks and goggles.
